Victor, Natalia, and Francisco were in the restaurant industry for a long time. Thirty years ago, Victor and Francisco lived down the street from each other in Mexico City, and as they grew up, they dreamed of owning a restaurant one day. The dream has finally become reality as the three of them opened The Calaveras on April 16, 2019.

Special, Creative Menu:
The menu of The Calaveras is the embodiment of the years and years of experience Victor has in the restaurant industry. There are seasonal menus, menus all the way from Mexico City, and menus he picked up on the way.
The staff of The Calaveras is a trustworthy group of people Victor has known for a long time. The three owners are at the restaurant 2-3 times a week. The restaurant is bound to have a cozy, welcoming atmosphere.
The interior of the restaurant is beautifully decorated with a tequila/margarita bar on the ground level and a spacious basement dining area. The art on the wall is hand-done by Natalia as well.
